The principle of the pneumatic sputtering is that the aerosol is produced by crushing of liquid paint coating material with the help of compressed air flow. The aerosol produced moves in the direction of air flow, and the aerosol drops, when they impact with a surface, spread and merge making the layer of liquid paint.
